The 75 Soft Challenge is the fitness trend that's kind, accessible and actually doable

I was featured on Glamour’s website recently:

What are the rules of the 75 Soft Challenge?

  1. Eat well, incorporating more nutritious foods into your diet, and only drink on social occasions.

  2. Train for 45 minutes everyday for 75 days. One day a week is to be active recovery.

  3. Drink three litres of water a day.

  4. Read 10 pages of any book a day.
