Over the last 7+ years I’ve worked online with hundreds of women to diagnose and treat the root cause of their weight gain, fatigue, and stress concerns so they can prevent and manage lifestyle related medical conditions and live healthier & happier lifestyle.
4 years ago I left the NHS for good
Being overweight or obese is an ever growing global health concern and a major risk factor for many medical conditions.
As a GP confined to 10 minute appointments in a pill pushing culture it felt like we were all kicking the root cause down the road in the NHS!
I wanted to help people prevent medical conditions and to help my patients manage and treat their medical conditions with as few medications as possible.
Combined with my frustration with the misinformation and ethics of the diet industry who push cookie-cutter diets that are unsustainable for women it was a obvious choice to make the move.
Now I’m able to help my patients lose weight and get healthier, to prevent disease and to manage their medical conditions with behavioural change techniques and lifestyle changes.
Some even come off of their medications as their symptoms and blood tests improve!

In 2022 I performed a TEDx talk titled Why traditional diets don’t always work to share my story and helping women break free from the fad diet cycles so they can lose weight and reduce their health risks for good.
I absolutely love supporting women. There is nothing on this earth that is more rewarding than helping someone to add years to their life by reducing their risk factors for disease and prolonging their life!
