I’m a recovered binge eater, stress eater, over exerciser and burnout survivor. I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the way we live our lives impacts on our health and happiness.
Over the last 7+ years I’ve worked online with hundreds of women to help them identify and treat the root cause of their weight gain, fatigue, and stress concerns so they can prevent and manage lifestyle related medical conditions and live healthier & happier lifestyle.
